- Beginner Classes: These classes are designed for those who are new to kickboxing or have little experience. They focus on teaching the basic techniques of kickboxing, including proper stance, footwork, punches, kicks, and defensive manoeuvres. Beginners will also learn how to wrap their hands and work with punching bags or pads.
- Intermediate Classes: Intermediate classes are suitable for those who have grasped the fundamentals and are looking to advance their skills. These classes often incorporate more complex combinations, partner drills, and sparring sessions under the guidance of experienced instructors. Conditioning exercises may also be included to improve strength, agility, and endurance.
- Advanced Classes: Advanced classes are tailored for experienced kickboxers who are seeking to refine their techniques and push their limits. These sessions may involve intense drills, advanced sparring, and higher-level strategies for both offense and defense. Advanced practitioners may also focus on specialised techniques such as clinching, advanced footwork, and counterattacks. We use these classes to prepare for competition.
- Fitness Kickboxing Classes: These classes are more fitness-oriented and are suitable for individuals looking to improve their cardiovascular health, burn calories, and tone muscles while learning basic kickboxing techniques. Fitness kickboxing classes typically involve high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, including punching and kicking combinations, bodyweight exercises, and cardio routines.
- Specialized Workshops or Seminars: From time to time we may offer specialised workshops or seminars focusing on specific aspects of kickboxing, such as self-defense techniques, competition preparation, or martial arts philosophy. These sessions may be conducted by guest instructors or experts in the field.
